Steps to do

• Launch a PowerShell as an Administrator

• Type DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:{KEY-KEY-KEY-KEY-KEY} /AcceptEula and press ENTER

Answer y to reboot

There should be no evaluation text at the bottom right corner.
